A designed living room — the kind of space Designer Plan protects after the install
For independent interior designers

The part of the room your clients experience after the reveal.

Designer Plan is a 36-month protection program for the furniture you specify. Offer it to your clients at project closeout — we handle every claim. Your first plan, on us — up to $5,000 of coverage.

The promise

The room is finished. Real life is not.

A spilled glass of wine. A handled situation.

Beautiful rooms still live real lives. Wine, pets, scratches, everyday use — sooner or later, something happens to a key piece. When it does, the client calls you first.

There is a quieter way to handle this.

For designers

A quiet layer behind your beautiful work.

Your name is on the door, the install, and the online review. Some of what your reputation depends on, though, you don’t fully control — a frame that fails after eighteen months, a finish that doesn’t hold up, a stain that won’t come out. When that happens, the client calls you first.

Designer Plan sits in the background of your projects. Your client calls a concierge contact, we handle the claim, the piece gets repaired or replaced. You stay focused on the design.

This frees you to recommend better. Specify the higher-grade upholstery. Choose the piece you actually wanted. Reassure the anxious client with a concrete plan instead of a hopeful one.

A welcome benefit

Your first plan, on us — up to $5,000 of coverage.

Your first specified deal earns a boosted 40% commission — the 35% standard rate plus a 5% promo boost, capped at $5,000 of coverage value. Claim it on your dashboard and tell us the client.

From designers in the program Placeholder — replace before launch
I used to dread the post-install call. Now my clients have a concierge contact, and I get to keep being the designer. That single change has done more for my referrals than anything I’ve added in five years.

Honest questions

Direct answers.

Is this a protection plan?

Yes. Designer Plan is a 36-month protection program administered by Risk Assurance Partners. What’s different from the protection plans most people have run into: it isn’t sold at a retail register, the service is built around a concierge contact rather than a call-center handoff, and it’s designed for fine furniture rather than retail-volume goods.

Will my studio have to handle claims?

No. The client calls a concierge number. We field the call, the claim, and the resolution. You stay focused on the design work.

What’s actually covered?

Stains, rips, tears, burns, and accidental damage. Structural failure of frames and joints. Mechanical and electrical failure on motion components. Three tiers — Stain Protection, Premium Protection, Premium Plus Protection. Full terms are viewable before purchase on each plan card.

How does the program work?

Sign in with your email, log in. Add coverage to client projects at checkout. The system attributes the project to your studio, and your client receives the same concierge service regardless of which tier they choose. Full program terms appear in your partner account.

Can my client buy a plan directly?

Yes. Some designers add coverage at project closeout. Others send their client to the plans page to purchase directly. Either way, the service is identical — and if you’re a partner, you earn commission regardless of which path the client takes.

How much commission do designers earn?

Up to 35% per plan, depending on tier and volume. Full commission structure is detailed in your partner agreement.
