We collect the minimum information needed to run the partner program and the protection plans. We don’t sell your data.

What we collect
- From partner applications: name, studio name, email, phone, address, and a few questions about your practice.
- From plan purchases: name, email, billing address, payment details (processed by our payment processor — we never store full card numbers).
- From the website itself: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and to improve the site.
- From email lists: when you opt into our list via the popup or any form, we record that consent with a timestamp.
How we use it
- To process applications and run the partner program.
- To fulfill plan purchases and handle claims.
- To send program-related email (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve the website and the program.
Who we share it with
- Our payment processor for purchases (Stripe — they hold their own privacy terms).
- Our email service provider for broadcasts.
- Our claims-service partner for plan administration.
- We do not sell or rent your information.
