These terms govern your use of the Designer Plan website, the partner program, and the protection plans offered by Risk Assurance Partners.

By accessing this website, applying for the partner program, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the program.
2. The program
Designer Plan is a 36-month furniture protection program administered by Risk Assurance Partners (“RAP”). Coverage details, limits, and exclusions are specified on each plan card and in the plan documents delivered at purchase. [REVIEW: insert canonical plan-document URL]
3. Tier one — Stain Protection
Tier one covers common household stains on indoor furniture, adjustable bed bases, and rugs. Full terms: [REVIEW]

6. The partner program
